How long does delivery take?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa within 7–14 working days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery on Oom Skrop and the Braaimaster Bundle is free. Other orders are R100 nationwide, and free on orders over R750.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, we deliver countrywide. Some outlying areas may take a few extra days.
Oom Skrop
Will he work on my braai?
Oom Skrop works on standard braai grids, cast-iron grids, stainless steel and porcelain-coated gas braai grates, kettle braai grids and flat-top griddles.
Can I use him on a hot grid?
No. Always let the grid cool down first, and never use him on a hot or burning braai.
How do I charge him?
With the included USB cable. You can use a phone charger plug, power bank or laptop, so he's handy during load-shedding and on camping trips.
How do I clean him?
Switch him off and wipe the roller and body with a damp cloth. Don't submerge the unit in water.
Returns & guarantee
Can I return something?
Yes. You have a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See Returns & guarantee.
What if my product is faulty?
All products carry a 6-month quality guarantee against defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. We'll repair, replace or refund you.
