Waiting for your braai gear? Here's how to see exactly where your order is.
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number and link. Click it to follow your parcel all the way to your door. (Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.)
2. Check your order status online
Log in with the email address you used at checkout. We'll send you a one-time code, with no password needed. Then open Orders to see your order status and tracking.
3. Still stuck? Ask a real person
Send us your order number (it starts with #) and we'll tell you exactly where your parcel is.
