7-day cooling-off period
Changed your mind? Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order and return an item within 7 days of delivery, no reason needed. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. Once we've received the item, we'll refund you within 30 days. You pay the cost of returning it.
6-month quality guarantee
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, every product we sell carries a 6-month guarantee against defects. If something is faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, such as using Oom Skrop on a hot grid.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return (add photos for faulty items).
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back.
- Once we receive and check it, we'll process your refund, repair or replacement.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
